From the very beginning of the UK drum'n'bass scene in the early 1990s, the legendary Peshay, who was highly respected by the scene's producers and labels for his style of collaborating with live musicians and incorporating live sounds, became influenced by his mother, a famous classical singer. His first album (1999), which actively incorporates acid-swing jazz among the jazz that he has been exposed to since childhood. The title is a reference to jazz icon Miles Davis.
Produced after signing a contract with the legendary UK label Mo Wax, which has a great influence on the current bass music scene, the fusion of downtempo and D'n'B, breakbeats with house vocals, etc. A work with an experimental attitude that deviates from dramatic production.
Produced by Marshall Jefferson and featuring vocalist Kym Mazelle who has been sampled on many house albums, this is an album that can be enjoyed from various angles, such as breakbeats (D1).
